Classroom Essentials

The majority of classrooms are equipped with the following:
·    Data projector and screen
·    Internet-connected desktop computer
·    Desktop monitor
·    Room-size speakers
·    Integrated DVD player
·    Connectivity for guest laptops (for student presentations)
If you are assigned to a room without a necessary piece of equipment (or would like to request access to an Elmo / overhead projector), please contact your department's Administrative Assistant or Dean for assistance.

Gmail is the college’s e-mail system.  Faculty should check their SCC email multiple times during the week.  Gmail can be accessed via MySCC, and uses the my SCC username and password.

Google Drive repository of college documents, which facilitates collaboration. Google Docs and Google Drive can be accessed via mySCC, and uses the mySCC username and password.

Dry Erase markers can usually be found in the classroom.  If you need anything else, contact your division’s Administrative Assistant or Dean.
