During this workshop we will address common frustrations in the performance evaluation process including addressing poor performance AND preparing motivational goals for your rock stars. We will review real examples of performance problems and prepare an action plan to address the concerns.

Target Audience: Supervisors wanting to improve individual employee performance. Supervisors wanting to assist employees with effective goal setting and career growth.

• Effectively use critical incident journals to document job performance throughout the year
• Write clear and effective performance evaluations
• Communication tools to conduct an effective performance evaluation meeting
• Prepare effective SMART goals
