In this interactive presentation, participants will gain an understanding of the causes and the skills to prevent burnout and will develop their own Self-Care plan.

  • Develop skills in dealing with stress caused by internal and external factors
  • Develop a personal plan to deal with stress
  • Increase self-care activities that will lead to a healthier and more energetic lifestyle
