Robert & Freda Hooper had some very personal reasons for setting up a scholarship that will help current and future students succeed at Southwestern Community College.
Richard M. Arnold Scholarship
- Open to students who have completed at least one full year towards a Radiography degree.
- Applicants must be enrolled full-time (12 credit hours) in the Radiologic Technology Program with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Must demonstrate financial need by completing the Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
