If a message pertains to certain a group, please make an attempt to use one of the precompiled distribution lists to reach your targeted group instead of using the everyone distribution list. If you have a need to email a specific group not listed below, please consider creating your own address book group. The everyone distribution list should be used sparingly and only for emails pertaining to college services, programs, or events.

Everyone – All SCC employees who have an email account and are in the Faculty, Staff, or Adjunct groups is on the everyone list.

All Employees are in one of the following three groups:

Faculty – All full-time faculty

Staff – All staff employees

Adjunct Faculty – All adjunct faculty

Employees are put in the remaining distribution list by supervisor requests.

Advisors – List of all advisors

Business Office Staff – List of Business Office staff

Academic Program Coordinators – Email list of all Program Coordinators

Continuing Education Staff – A list of Continuing Education Staff

Health Sciences Division – List of faculty in the Health Science Division

Instructional Services – Full-Time Faculty, LRC and Distance Learning

Student Services – List of staff that provides services to students

CEReg Users – List of CE Registration Users

Gearuplist – List employees in the Gear-up Department
