Enter the term such as 2007FA. |

Then you will be prompted to enter your course section number such as "BIO-111-SE1" |

Please Note: The hyphens between the course name, number, and section are required. |

Then you will be prompted to enter your Novell Username. |

Press "Enter" to return back to Datatel. |

This process has created two files on your P: drive that begins with the name of the course you selected in a .csv and a .nab file extension. |

| How to Create a List by Advisors Colleague ID Number |

Open Datatel. |

2. |
In the Quick Access Box enter XEMAIL. |

Select Option 2 to create an email list by Advisor. |
|

Enter the term such as 2007FA. |

Enter your Colleague ID number. |

Please Note: A Colleague ID number is 7 digits long and you will need to add the leading zeros. For Example 0012345. |

This will create a file in your P: drive starting with you Colleague ID.SCC.STUDENT.EMAILS.NAB. |

| How to setup the Lists in GroupWise |
1. |
Click on My Computer on your desktop and select your P: Drive. |
|

Here you will find the files that were created with by the query in a .nab format. |
|

Double click on the .nab file and it will open a Choose Address Book Option box. Click on the "New" button to create a new address book. |

Name your address book and Click"
OK". This will add the addresses to the new Address book. |

5. |
Once the address have been imported, click on the Frequent Contact on your mailbox tree. |

This will open a list of all your address books that you have created. |
