If you would like to use our facilities to hold your upcoming conference, event or meeting, please fill out this form.  Once we have received your reservation, we will review room availability and contact you within 2 business days to confirm availability and price for use of the space, if applicable.

  • You acknowledge and understand that no attendee or organizer shall use alcohol or substances that cause impairment while on premises.  4.04.04
  • You acknowledge and understand that no attendee or organizer shall carry a weapon on campus. "Weapon" including firearms, explosives, BB guns, stun guns, air rifles or pistols, knives, and other sharp instruments. 4.03.09
  • You acknowledge and understand that no attendee or organizer shall smoke or use tobacco products while on campus. 3.02.05
