- Open to residents of Jackson, Macon, Swain Counties and the Cherokee Indian Reservation
- Must be degree seeking
- Must be full time (12 hours)
- Must have/maintain a cumulative 2.5 GPA or better
- Applicants are required to apply for financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
