Earlier this month, Franklin Alderman Bob Scott spoke to Southwestern Community College’s Macon Campus students about the First Amendment and the Freedom of Speech in honor of Constitution Day. 

Nineteen students made either the dean’s or president’s list over the summer.
President’s list honorees earned a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.85 or greater while those on the dean’s list had a GPA between 3.50 and 3.849.
