Applicants must be pursuing a diploma or associate degree or college transfer degree
Applicants must have and maintain a 3.0 GPA
Applicants must have demonstrated financial need
Preference given to student currently participating in or graduating from Circles of Hope of Jackson County or any bona-fide Circles Program
