- Open to students in a high-demand, low-enrollment program (to be selected and announced annually) with financial need as incentive to enter, progress, succeed in, and complete the program
- Must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress (2.0 GPA and completion of at least 70% of attempted credit hours)
- Must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
