For anyone interested in pursuing a GED, Southwestern Community College is offering free High School Equivalency classes on the Macon Campus. There will also be a Digital Literacy Class available on the same campus.
There are two paired High School Equivalency Classes being offered. One class is for math and science, which takes place from 6-9 p.m. on Tuesdays. The other class is for reading, writing and social studies, which takes place from 6-9 p.m. on Wednesdays.
The Digital Literacy Class will offer assorted digital skills such as accessibility, scam prevention, how to use Microsoft and Google and much more. The class is being offered from 2-4 p.m. on Tuesdays.
