On Monday, May 8, Southwestern Community College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program held a pinning ceremony for 11 graduates in the Burrell Conference Center on the Jackson Campus.
Shelbi Clawson of Sylva, Evelyn Monroe of Dillsboro, Tevin Neal of Franklin, Paige Griffith of Canton, Dustin Messer of Waynesville, Heber Najera of Columbus, Lauren Hawkins of Asheville, Delana Buchanan of Newland, Candice Fox of Burnsville, Kevin Russell of Burnsville and Brandon Loy of Apex, have been prepared by the program to work in hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, extended care facilities, specialty hospitals, home health agencies, private clinics, and public school systems.
