Grow Tasty Food. Help the Community. Make New Friends!
The Student Support Services Gardening Club helps participants learn through volunteer service the knowledge and skills needed to grow vegetables and herbs by maintaining an organic garden plot at Cullowhee Community Garden.
Fifty percent of what is grown in our plot will be donated to aid food relief efforts in SCC's service area with the remaining available to club participants. Volunteer days will be held several times a month. Participants should plan to volunteer approximately two hours a month.
